2009 Check List and Forms

Bring with you:

• Two copies of all paperwork
• One copy of ARI Certificate for each animal you are checking in.
• Certificate of Veterinary Inspection [CVI] for your state of origin with appropriate negative test results for BVDV and TB.
• Microchip in your animal and chip reader that can see the chip, if possible
• All exhibitors please note: Veterinarians will not be permitted to implant microchips during vet check; please be sure that all of your alpacas' microchips are in place before they are transported to the show and that they agree with the CVI. Sorry, no exceptions.

Send with payment:

• Copy of ARI certificate for each alpaca entered in Halter show
• Signed Halter 2009 Exhibitor Disclosure (52 KB PDF) or Spin Off 2009 Disclosure Form (52 KB PDF)
• Owner of Record to Show Entry form (if applicable)
• Copy of your registration receipt

The Buyer's Permission To Show Form is to be used only in the event that an alpaca has been purchased but the ARI registration certificate does not yet indicate the new owner. Please see the following link for the PDF form:

Exhibitor Disclosure Form
